Walter Jack Jewett

Asheville - Walter Jack Jewett of 307 Barnard Avenue died Tuesday, January 20, 2004 at a local hospital.



A native of Sullivan County, TN, he had lived in Asheville since 1954. He was the son of the late Walter and Gertrude Jewett and was also preceded in death by a brother, Aaron Russell Jewett.



Surviving are his wife, Margaret Jewett of the home; daughters, Sheri Richardson of Asheville and Patricia Ann Green of Spartanburg, SC; grandson, Chad Green of Spartanburg.



Funeral services will be held at 6 PM Friday in the Anders-Rice Funeral Home Chapel with Walter Toth, local minister of Jehovahs Witnesses, officiating.
