Walter George Wyatt

Walter George Wyatt, 51, passed away Tuesday, January 1, 2013 at the Memorial Campus of Mission Hospitals. George was a native of Columbus, GA and a son of the late Clarence and June Nashdelte Wyatt. He is also preceded in death by his wife, Nona Wyatt and sister, Donna June Wyatt. Surviving are his children, Westley and Christopher Wyatt and Katrina Eighmey; grandchildren, Jacob, Jason and Adam Eighmey, Samuel Duckett and Madison Wyatt; sisters, Christine Duckett, Gail and Ivy Wyatt; brothers, Terry, Russell and Skip Wyatt; long time partner, Libby Lash and her daughter, Lindsey Lash and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held 2 PM Saturday, January 5, 2013 in the chapel of Anders-Rice Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Green Hills Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12 to 2 PM Saturday at the funeral home.
