Vincent Ryan North

Asheville - Vincent Ryan North, 17, of 307 New Leicester Hwy. Lot #1 died Friday - October 26, 2007. A lifelong resident of Buncombe County, he was working toward getting his GED and had worked at Pops Small Engine Repair. He had been a Boy Scout when he was younger. He was very artistic and had received awards for his art work. He was loved by many people and was taken too early in his young life. Surviving are his mother Norma Jean Ducker North with whom he lived; father, Randy Eugene North of Hendersonville; paternal grandmother, Linda North; maternal grandmother, Charlene Gentry and maternal grandfather, Charles Ducker all of Asheville and several aunts, uncles and cousins. Funeral services will be held at 6:00 P.M. Thursday at Anders-Rice Funeral Home with the Rev. William Lance officiating. The family will receive friends following services at the funeral home.
