Thelma Wright

Asheville Thelma Dalton Wright, of Cisco Road, died Saturday, September 1, 2018 at age 89. Born in Buncombe County, she was the daughter of the late George M. and Louise Knupp Dalton. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Wade W. Wright; brothers, Terry Dalton, Worth Dalton and sisters, Agnes Blumenstein and Viola Cardin. Mrs. Wright retired from Tyco Connectivity (previously known as CP Claire) in Fairview, NC and was a member of Beverly Hills Baptist Church, and a former member of the choir. Surviving are her brother, Robert Dalton; sister, Marjorie Dalton Lindsey and multiple nieces and nephews. Services will be held at 11 AM Thursday, September 6, 2018 at Beverly Hills Baptist Church, 777 Tunnel Road in Asheville, NC. Burial will follow at Sky View Memorial Park. Receiving of family and friends will be from 10 to 11 AM Thursday at the church.
