Teena Davis Turbyfill

Asheville – Teena Davis Turbyfill, 74, passed away on Monday, August 24, 2020 at the Memorial Campus of Mission Hospital. A native and lifelong resident of Buncombe County she was a daughter of the late Ray Charles Davis and Milla Smith Davis, and was the wife of the late Earl Jerry Turbyfill. Surviving are her children: Jerry Nathan Turbyfill of Asheville, Phillip Earl Turbyfill and wife Christy of Asheville, Melissa Turbyfill Harper and husband Rickie of Asheville, and Timothy Ray Turbyfill and wife Amanda of Asheville; grandchildren: Alyssa Jimenez and husband Edgar, Jordan Harper and wife Mariah, Mackenzie Harper, Shelby Turbyfill Jason and husband Brandon, Hailey Turbyfill Owens and husband Dakota, Carolina Rae Turbyfill, and Davis Daniel Turbyfill; great-grandchildren: Bella, Layla, Liam, Ezra, Jaxon, Zyler, Charlotte, Emma, and Ember; sisters: Vickey Netherton and husband Danny of Candler, and Anita Rhymer of Fletcher; brothers: Carl Davis and wife Michelle of Benton, KY, and Alan Davis and wife MiYoung of Fayetteville; and several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held at 1 PM Thursday, August 27, 2020 at Pisgah View Memorial Park with Mr. Rickie Harper officiating. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 11 AM till 12:30 PM at Anders-Rice Funeral Home.
