Samuel Adam Cooper

Samuel Adam Cooper, 34, passed away on Thursday, May 12, 2016 in Asheville, NC. A memorial service will be held at 6:00 PM Monday, May 16, 2016, at North Mills River Campground in Brevard, NC. Anders-Rice Funeral Home & Cremation Center is handling arrangements. Adam was one of the most genuine people in the world and was loved by so many. He never met a stranger, and would always greet with a huge smile. His hugs were unlike any other and he shook the room with his laughs. An avid fan of live music, Adam was not only an amazing friend to many, but more importantly was a loving partner and father to his family. Adam is survived by his partner and son, Lauren Cowan and Benjamin Rowan Cooper of Asheville, NC; parents, Dr. Robert and Mrs. Debbie Cooper of Starkville, MS; brother, Ben Cooper of Starkville; sister, Elizabeth Wagner (Jon) of Monroe, LA; nieces, Judah and Kinde; and aunt, Carole Gaston (Ric Inzunza) of Starkville.
