Rufus Jr. Lipe

Rufus Preston Lipe, Jr., 51, passed away unexpectedly. Rufus was a lifelong resident of Buncombe County and was an US Marine veteran. He was a son of Marie Worley Lipe of Raleigh and the late Rufus Lipe, Sr. Surviving are in addition to his mother, are his daughters, Whitney Radcliff and husband, Jason and Katlyn Taylor Lipe, sister, Darlene Frisbee and husband Morris, brother, Brian Lipe and wife, Traci. Memorial services will be held 11 AM Saturday, November 24, 2012 at Skyland Baptist Church with Rev. Shane Rogers officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following services at the church.
