Ruby Kathleen Odum Wyatt

Asheville - Ruby Kathleen Odum Wyatt, 73, of 111 Ingle Road was welcomed into the loving arms of Jesus on Wednesday January 8, 2003 after a prolonged illness. She was the daughter of the late Jonathan Auther and Zannie Carver Odum. She was also preceded in her journey by her brother, Jonathan Andrew Odum and her sisters, Willie Mae Reece, Lillie Bell Reece and Betty Coxie. She is survived by her husband of 55 years, William Ralph Wyatt also 3 sons, Danny, Randy and Billy and 1 daughter, Sandra Wyatt Garges, 11 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. She is also survived by 5 sisters and 1 brother. We will all miss her deeply, but we know Heaven will be sweeter with her there. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday at Ashelawn Gardens of Memory with the Rev. Steven Passmore officiating. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 P.M. Friday at Anders-Rice Funeral Home.
