Ronald Mcpeters

Calabash - Ronald Lewis McPeters, 67, died Tuesday February 15, 2005 at the Grand Strand Regional Hospital after a period of Declining health. A native of Buncombe County, he had lived in NY and NJ for 30 years prior to moving to Calabash 14 years ago. He was a 1955 graduate of West Buncombe High School and a U.S. Army veteran. He was a son of the late Clyde William and Gertrude Louise Holcombe McPeters. Surviving are his daughter, Kristi Lee McPeters of Shallotte; sister, Brenda McPeters Robinson of Asheville; brother, Roger Earl McPeters of Leicester; aunt, Edith Higins of Georgetown, Sc. and close friends, Don and Joann Wadsworth of Ocean Isle. Funeral services will be held at 3:oo P.M. Friday at Anders-Rice Funeral Home with the Revs. Roy McPeters and Michael Scroggs officiating. Burial will be in Green Hills Cemetery.
