Regina Owenby

Leicester Regina Owenby, 69, of Leicester, passed away Monday October 15, 2012. She was a native of Greenville, SC and lived most of her life between Leicester and Cape Coral, FL. She was a member of Zion Hill Baptist Church and very active in the church. Regina was the daughter of the late Gordon and Agnes Webb Troutman and wife of the late J.R. Owenby. Surviving are her cousins, H.M. Rogers, Jr. and wife, Tilda, Monty Rogers and wife, Beth, special daughter, June Osborne, special friends, Bill and Shelby Kraupner of Cape Coral, FL and several other cousins. Funeral services will be held Thursday October 18, 2012 at 2 PM in the chapel of Anders-Rice Funeral Home with Rev. Bobby Smith officiating. A private burial will follow. The family will receive friends Thursday from 1-2 PM at the funeral home.
