Penny Wrisley

Mill Spring Edith Roxanna Penny Reed Wrisley, 88, went to be with her Lord on Wednesday, April 15, 2015. A native of Philadelphia, PA, she had resided in Buncombe County since 1982, moving to Mill Spring in June 2011. She retired in 2002 from Dillards following 10 years of service as a Sales Associate. Mrs. Wrisley was a daughter of the late Harvey William and Roxanna Hearn Reed and the wife of Raymond Robert Wrisley who died June 14, 1996. Surviving are her daughter, Joan Bero of Mill Spring; son, Raymond Robert Wrisley, Jr. of Palm Desert, CA; 3 grandsons and 6 great grandchildren. Graveside services will be held at 3 PM Friday, April 17, 2015 at the Mausoleum of Ashelawn Gardens of Memory.
