Peggy Hoover

Fletcher, NC Margaret Ann Peggy Hoover (nee Cipolla), 52, passed away peacefully with her family by her side, Saturday, October 1, 2016, at Mission Hospital in Asheville, NC. Born in Philadelphia, PA, she grew up in Maple Shade, NJ, and resided in Voorhees Township, NJ, prior to moving to Asheville in 2006. She was a passionate, devoted mother, an Administrative Assistant for many years, a talented Artist, animal lover and was always surrounded by her pets. Her true loves were her animals and, most importantly, her family. She was a daughter of Nicholas Albert Cipolla and Maryellen Cipolla of Palm Coast, FL, and was preceded in death by her sister, Marianne Giandrea. Surviving in addition to her parents are her husband whom she married March 9, 1996, Thomas Tom Howard Hoover of the home; children, SSGT Michael Koehl, Jr., US Marine Corps, stationed in Oceanside, CA, Nicholas Albert Hoover of Fletcher, and Lindsey Marie Hoover of Fletcher; grandson, Michael Gianni Koehl of Oceanside, CA; sister, Donna Marie Vishio (Christopher) of Melbourne, FL; brothers, Vincent Albert Cipolla (Marilyn) of Philadelphia, PA and James Thomas Jimmy Cipolla (Paula) of Jacksonville, FL; several nieces and nephews; her two dogs, Pebbles & Frankie and her kitten, Simba. No services are planned at this time. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in her name to The American Lung Association.
