Paula L. Treadway

Paula Sinclair Lyday Treadway, 73, passed away on Wednesday, January 4, 2017 at the John F. Keever, Jr. Solace Center. A native and lifelong resident of Western North Carolina, she was a daughter of the late Paul Edward Lyday and Sue Elizabeth Sinclair Lyday. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Howard Treadway, and daughter, Mitzi Metzger. Surviving are her daughter, Cathy Brewer; sister, Sarah Young and husband Danny; brother, Ed Lyday and wife Linda; nieces and nephews: Sheree Hughes, Karen Hoyle, Drew Young, Zeb Young, and Paul Lyday, III; and great nieces and nephews: Emily Young, Drew Young, Jr., Ashley Young, Gracie Young, and Bennett Lyday. The family will receive friends from 10 AM till 1 PM Sunday, January 8, 2017 at Anders-Rice Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of your choice.
