Mildred "Beth" Elizabeth Reese

Candler – Mildred Elizabeth “Beth” Reese, 70, passed away Tuesday, June 25, 2024, at the CarePartners Hospice Solace Center.

A native of Buncombe County, she retired from Target following 15 years of service. She was a daughter of the late John David Reese and Virginia Loretta Ingle Reese. She was also preceded in death by her sister-in-law, Patricia Kaye Reese; and granddaughter, Jessica Marie Hoglen.

Surviving are her daughter, Michelle Lynn Rumfelt; son, Marshall Wayne Rumfelt, Jr.; grandchildren: Brittany Ciera Priester, Demarion James Dickson, and Sydney Desiree Dickson; great grandchild, Kaleb Michael Farrington; brothers: John David Reese, Jr., and William “Bill” Reese and wife, Joyce; sisters: Sandra Reese, and Pat Schiess and husband Chris; nephew, David Bills and wife Katie; extended family, Irene Hudson and husband Ted along with many other; special friend, “Buddy” Glenn Hoglen, and numerous special friends from Target.

A time of gathering will be held from 6 till 8 PM on Friday, June 28, 2024, at Anders-Rice Funeral Home.
