Michael Breedlove

Candler Michael Brandon Breedlove, 19, of 50 Boones Farm Road, passed away Monday, February 9, 2009 at Memorial Campus of Mission Hospitals from complications of Friedreich's Ataxia/Fall. Michael was a lifelong resident of Buncombe County and an Honorary Member of th Upper Hominy Volunteer Fire Department. Michael was truly loved and will be greatly missed by his family. Surviving are his parents, William Jay Breedlove and Lori Ann Dezern Breedlove; sister, Amanda Breedlove; brother, Dakota Breedlove; nephew, Kaleb Smith; paternal grandparents, Jay and Linda Breedlove; maternal grandparents, Jack and Linda Dezern; great-grandmothers, Betty Arrington and Dorthy Shively; uncles, Lary Dezern, Jeremy McCarson and Gus Brewton; aunts, Sharon Breedlove McCarson and Tonia Breedlove. Memorial services will be held 3 P.M. Friday in the chapel of Anders-Rice Funeral Home with Rev. Jim Moretz officiating. The family will receive friends 1 to 3 P.M.
