Mary Parker Hayes

Honea Path, S.C. - Mary Augustine Parker Hayes, 76, of 201 Holiday Dam Road died Monday, March 8, 2004 at her residence. Born in Yancey County, N.C. She was the daughter of the late David Fraizer and Maude Lee Wyatt Parker and the wife of the late Howard Hayes who died in 1965. Mrs. Hayes was a Homemaker and of the Baptist Faith. Surviving are her daughter, Carolyn Moore-Pruitt of Honea Path, three grandchildren, five great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. Graveside services will be held 1 p.m. Thursday at Ashelawn Gardens of Memory with the Rev. Jerry Wilson officiating. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Anders-Rice Funeral Home.
