Mary Nell Clark

CANDLER Mary Nell Bishop Clark, 67, of 19 Harding Rd. passed away Saturday, March 13, 2010 at the John F. Keever, Jr. Solace Center. A native of Jackson County, she had resided in Buncombe County for 45 years. She formerly was a cashier with Wal-Mart. Mrs. Clark was a daughter of the late Phillip Robert and Nancy Armenda Hall Bishop and wife of David Wayne Clark who died July 8, 1996. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Jean Stephens. Surviving are her brother, Bob Bishop of Woodbridge, VA; special daughter, Jade Crawford of Candler; 3 sisters in law; 1 brother in law; 2 nieces and 4 nephews. Funeral services will be held 11 A.M. Tuesday in the chapel of Anders-Rice Funeral Home with Rev. Jackie Collins officiating. Burial will follow in Zion Hill Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends 7 to 8:30 P.M.
