Mary Jones

CANDLER - Mary Helen Kiselak Jones, 93, of 33 English Oaks Drive passed away Tuesday, March 23, 2010 at Park Ridge Hospital. A native of New York, she had resided in Buncombe County the past four years. She served as a U.S. Navy Wave during WWII and she and her husband worked overseas for over 40 years. She was of the Catholic faith and was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Mrs. Jones was a daughter of the late Matus Kiselak and Antonia Cifersky Kiselak and wife of the late Edward Claire Jones. She was also preceded in death by her sisters, Josephine Manno and Katherine Ottovanio and brothers, Frank and Joe Kiselak. Surviving are her sons, Frank C. Jones, Sr. (Debbie) and Edward A. Jones (Jeannie); grandchildren, Kristen (Michael), Edward, Shannon, Frank, Jr., (Barbara), Erika, Melissa, Maranda, David and Chuck; great grandchildren, Madison, Sean, Cailey, Skylar, Isaiah and Adrianna; sister, Theresa OBrien; brothers, John Kiselak and Robert Kiselak. Funeral services will be held 6 P.M. Friday in the chapel of Anders-Rice Funeral Home with Father Boyd officiating. The family will receive friends following the services at the funeral home.
