Martha Gosnell

Asheville Martha Ingle Gosnell, 99, of 136 Ingle Road, went to be with her Lord on Thursday, February 02, 2017 at Aston Park Health Care Center. A native of Buncombe County, she had retired in 1979 from Burlington Industries, was a member of New Liberty Baptist Church and a member of the Sunshine Club at Victory Baptist Church. She was a daughter of the late Doc Carl and Mary Wright Ingle and the wife of the late Frank Conover Gosnell. She was also preceded in death by her son, Ben Gosnell and brother, Jack Ingle. Surviving are her two daughters, Betty Laughridge of Marion and Carolyn Patricia Gosnell of Hendersonville; sons, Frank C., Jerry Van, James C. and Joe Ragan Gosnell all of Asheville; sisters, Ruth Moore and Shirley Roberson both of Asheville; 21grandchildren; 27 great grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren; 6 great-great-great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held at 2 PM Saturday, February 4, 2017 at New Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Garry Rogers officiating.
