Marie Kelly Deweese

Asheville - Marie Kelly DeWeese, 80, formerly of 143 Brucemont Cir. died Monday October 27, 2003 at the Hospice Solace Center after a brief illness. A native of Warrington-Cheshire, England, she had lived in Buncombe County for the past 55 years and was a former member of Zion Hill Baptist Church. She was the daughter of the late Thomas and Sarah Helen Loew Kelly and the wife of the late Rev. James Harry DeWeese. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Maria Cooper. Surviving are her daughters, Terry Fabrizi of Glenview, IL. and Sue Martin of Asheville; grandchildren, Stephen Cooper, Jane Worral, Kelly Dalmas and John Dillard and 8 great grandchildren. Memorial services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Sunday at Anders-Rice Funeral Home. The family will receive friends following the Memorial Service at the funeral home.
