Luverne Mercer Snyder

Tacoma, WA Luverne Mercer Snyder, 67, of Tacoma, WA, passed away Sunday, January 14, 2007. She was the daughter of the late John W. and Agnes Mary Roy Mercer, and the widow of Norman Jackson Snyder, who died in 1976. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Glen Mercer. Surviving are her sons, Mark Snyder and wife Sarah of Hendersonville, Jackie Snyder and wife Eleanor of Tacoma, WA, and Dwayne Snyder of Oregon; 9 grandchildren; 1 great-grandson; sister: Phyllis Mercer of Wyoming; brother, Clifford Mercer of Wyoming. Funeral services will be held at 2 PM Sunday in the chapel of Anders-Rice Funeral Home. with the Rev. Randy Crane officiating. Burial will follow in Pisgah View Memorial Park. Serving as pallbearers are Shaun Snyder, Brandon Snyder, Mark Snyder, Jackie Snyder, Eugene Snyder, and Darius Snyder. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
