Lafae Allen Lipe

Asheville - Lafae Bonnie Allen Lipe, 56, of 11 Brookdale Road, died unexpectedly Monday December 8, 2003 at her residence. A lifelong resident of Buncombe County. She attended Woodfin Church of God. Mrs. Lipe was a daughter of the late Roy Leonard Allen and Argie Virginia Lee Wheeler Allen and was also preceded in death by her sister, Vivian Wyatt formerly of Asheville. Surviving are her husband, James Albert Lipe; daughters, Sandra Cannon and husband, Landon Markrush, Theresa Banks, Virginia Cannon, Elizabeth Dickinson and Michelle Dickinson and husband, David Engle all of Asheville; stepchildren, James Rice and Cassie Lipe both of Asheville; special aunt and uncle, Nan and Ken Jones of Candler; 13 grandchildren and 1 great grandson. Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday in the chapel of Anders-Rice Funeral Home with the Rev. Ronald Dodson officiating. Burial will be in Green Hills Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
