Kenneth Nathaniel "Kenny" Johnson

Leicester Kenneth Nathaniel Kenny Johnson, 58, of Leicester passed away on Friday, December 14, 2018 at the St. Joseph Campus of Mission Hospitals. A native and lifelong resident of Buncombe County he was a son of Lola Montez Brank Coe of Leicester and the late Fred Robert Johnson, Sr. Kenny attended Clyde A. Erwin High School, was formerly employed with Gene Franks and W.H. Clement as a commercial and residential painter and loved to fish. Surviving in addition to his mother are his biological son, 3 sisters, 6 brothers and numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the home of his mother, 7 Short Dix Creek Road, Leicester.. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family to assist with expenses. Anders-Rice Funeral Home is assisting Kennys family.
