Jennette Smith Justice

Jennette Smith Justice, 95, passed away on Monday, June 18, 2018 at the Silver Bluff Village. A native of Tonawanda, NY, she resided in Buncombe County since 1978. She was a longtime member of Montmorenci United Methodist Church, and the VFW Auxiliary. Mrs. Justice and her husband volunteered for many years at the Charles George VA Hospital. She was a daughter of the late William McKinney Smith and Harriet Summer Smith. She was also preceded in death by her husband, James Clinton Justice; and brother, David Smith. She is survived by her children: June J. Crawford of Grand Island, NY, Wayne W. Justice and wife Susan of Waynesville, Marcie J. Snell and husband Monte of Candler, Rachel A. Cash and husband Bill Murray of Lockport, NY, Stewart J. Justice and wife Vesta of Hendersonville, and Paul H. Justice and wife Susie of Flat Rock; sister, Beverly Finley of Tonawanda, NY; 17 grandchildren, and many great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. The Justice family would like to express a heart felt thank you to the staff at Silver Bluff Village for their exceptional care and to Pastor Karen Kutz for all the visits and prayers over the past few months.
