Jeanette W. Holcombe

ASHEVILLE - Jeanette Waldrop Holcombe, 62, of 125 Elk Mtn. Road passed away Monday, September 21, 2009 at the Memorial Campus of Mission Hospitals. She was a lifelong resident of Buncombe County and a 1965 graduate of Erwin High School. She loved her animals and friends, was a devoted wife and will truly be missed. Mrs. Holcombe was the daughter of the late Wayne Earl Waldrop and Catherine Ingle Waldrop. Surviving are her husband Larry D. Holcombe, whom she married February 24, 1967, of the home. No formal funeral services are planned at this time, but will be held at a later date by her family and friends.
