Helen Kitchin

Enka - Helen Jewel Roberts Kitchin,87, passed away Wednesday June 22, 2011. A native of Madison County, she had lived most of her life in Buncombe County. She was a daughter of the late Andrew and Mira Carter Roberts and the wife of the late William Ray Kitchin. Surviving are her daughters, Raylana Ward of Marietta, GA. and M. Capri Potton and husband Tom of Asheville; grandchildren, Tom Potton, Nicole Gibson, Heidi Parker and Daniel Potton; five great grandchildren and four nieces. Graveside services will be 1:00 P.M. Saturday at Forest Lawn Memorial Park with the Rev. Randy Keener officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:30 to 8:00 P.M. Friday at Anders-Rice Funeral Home.
