Harold Grealey Riggins

Fletcher - Harold Grealey Riggins, 82, of 89 Fanning Bridge Rd. died Saturday, September 15, 2001 at his residence. A native of Pickens, SC, he was a retired service manager with Suburban Propane Gas Company and was a member of Praters Creek Baptist Church, Pickens, SC. Mr. Riggins was the son of the late G.C. and Beulah Murphree Riggins and was the husband of the late Sybil Jean Bell Riggins who died October 2, 2000. He was also preceded in death by a sister, Rheba Duckworth. Surviving are his daughter, Judy Riggins Gillespie of Leicester; son, Donald Gene Riggins of Fletcher; sister, Ruby Brown of Six Mile, SC; grandchildren, Jeffrey Gillespie, Keith Gillespie, and Anthony Gillespie; great grandchildren, Jenny Gillespie, Lane Gillespie, and David Gillespie; great great grandchild, Janesa Grant. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday at South Turkey Creek Baptist Church, Leicester with the Rev. Phil Willett officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7 until 8:30 PM Monday at Anders-Rice Funeral Home.
