Geraldine Ann Schroeder

Ridge, NY Geraldine Ann Schroeder, 90, passed away Wednesday, March 7, 2018 at the Kanas Center, Westhampton Beach, NY. A former resident of Franklin, NC, she was the daughter of the late John Schaffer and Geraldine Ann Powell Schaffer. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Norman James Schroeder, Sr. who passed away on March 6, 1994; brother, Jack Schaffer; and sisters: Vera Hill and Marion Schaffer. Surviving are her sons: Norman James Schroeder, Jr. and his wife Pat of Candler, and Dennis Michael Schroeder of Mount Sinai, NY; and grandchildren: Dennis and Alex. Graveside services will be held at 11 AM Tuesday, March 13, 2018 at Woodlawn Cemetery, Woodlawn Circle, Franklin, NC 28734, with Father Casey Coleman officiating. The family will meet at Anders-Rice Funeral Home on Tuesday, March 13, 2018, at 9 AM to travel together to Woodlawn Cemetery in Franklin.
