George Hill "Butch" Davis

George Butch Hill Davis, Jr., age 71 passed away peacefully on June 2, 2015 at his residence surrounded by his family. He was the son of the late George Hill Davis, Sr. and Edna Lucille Ellis Davis. He is survived by his wife, Brenda Joyce Kisselburg Davis; son, Jeffrey Alan Davis of Candler; daughters: Anita Erb Tom and husband Jeffrey Tom of Conway, SC, and Brooke Ashlee Davis Parker and husband Jon Mark Parker of Candler; grandchildren: Jordan Erb (USAF), Dylan Erb, McKinzee Tom, and McKayla Parker. The family will receive friends from 7 9 PM Friday at Anders-Rice Funeral Home. The Davis family would like to extend a special Thank You to Care Partners Hospice and especially his nurses: Stephanie, Linda, and Darlene for their exceptional care of George.
