Florence Naomi Lisenbee

Asheville - Florence Naomi Lisenbee of 787 Hendersonville Rd. died Friday, July 26, 2002 at her residence. A native of Madison County. She had resided in Buncombe County since 1957. Mrs. Lisenbee was a photo and negative retoucher and a jeweler for 37 years. She was a member of Biltmore Baptist Church where member of the Fidelis Sunday School class and was a former Kiwanian. She was a daughter of the late Thomas James and Callie Donna West Marler and the wife of Kenneth Boyd Lisenbee who died March 17, 1988. Surviving are her daughter, Bettie Lou McDevitt and husband, Carl of North Palm Beach, Florida; 6 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Monday in the chapel of Anders-Rice Funeral Home. Entombment will be in Ashelawn Gardens of Memory. The family will receive friends 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
