Elizabeth M. Chandler

FAIRVIEW Elizabeth Marie Osoinach Chandler, 81, of Fleshers Fairview Health Care Center passed away Tuesday, November 24, 2009. A native of Bay St. Louis, Mississippi, she had resided in Buncombe County for several years and was an Opera Singer. Mrs. Chandler was a daughter of the late Henry Watterson Osoinach and Cecelia Yager Osoinach and the wife of Frank Patterson Chandler who died in January of 1999. Surviving are her sister, Ethel O. Sammy Smith and husband, Tom of Metairie, LA. Private burial will be held Friday, November 27, 2009 at Green Hills Cemetery. Anders-Rice Funeral Home assisted the family in her arrangements.
