Doris Reynolds

Asheville Doris EmaJean Sexton Reynolds, 78, of 699 Cowan Cove Road passed away Wednesday, March 12, 2014 at her home. A native of Madison County, she had resided in Buncombe County most of her life. Her family was her life and she enjoyed painting and gardening. Mrs. Reynolds was a daughter of the late Leonard Sexton and Jessie Lee Snelson Bailey and former wife of the late Jerry Ray Reynolds. Surviving are her daughters, Debbie Trantham of Leicester and Ema Lee Reynolds of Asheville; grandchildren, Christy West and husband Dale, Jamie Trantham, Travis Moss and Brittney Trantham; great grandsons, Hunter, Bryce, Noah and Little Liam; sister, Ann Harper of Fairview and brother, Danny Bailey of Swannanoa. Graveside services will be held at 11 AM Saturday, March 15, 2014 at Snelson Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 9:30 to 10:30 AM Saturday at Anders-Rice Funeral Home.
