Asheville Deborah Lee Debby Fulcomer, 60, of Asheville, passed away Friday, August 28, 2015 at the Care Partners John F. Keever, Jr. Solace Center. A native of Dairy, PA, Debby was the daughter of Vivian Marie Fulcomer Kaeff, and the late William Robert Kaeff, and was raised in the Catholic faith. She had resided in Miami, FL until moving to Asheville in 1989, and had worked as a purchasing manager with Quality Rubber Manufacturing. She was a dedicated mother and grandmother who enjoyed reading and spending time with her dog, Misty. Debby was loved greatly by her family and friends, and will be truly missed. In addition to her mother, surviving are her daughters: Dena Loren Agapito and husband Randy, and Dale Louise Bernhardt and husband Erik; grandchildren: Tyler Lee Bernhardt, Brycen Welker Hill, Logan William Hill, Gunter Wyatt Bernhardt, Ethan Matthew Bernhardt, and Mason John Bernhardt; sister, Kathy Gideon; brother, William Bill Kaeff, Jr.; and a host of special friends, including Kimberly Wells. Memorial services will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday September 19, 2015 in the chapel of Anders-Rice Funeral Home. The family will receive friends following the service. The family would like to express a heartfelt Thank You to the physicians and staff of the Care Partners John F. Keever, Jr. Solace Center for the loving care and kindness shown to Debby during her stay there.
