David William Franks

Asheville - David William Franks, 24, of 9 Frith Drive died Sunday December 12, 2004 at Memorial Mission Hospital. A lifelong resident of Buncombe County. David was a member of Central United Methodist Church and attended Biltmore Baptist Church. He was a 1998 honor graduate of T.C. Roberson High School, attended Appalachian State University and currently a student at A-B Tech. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Earl Franks. Surviving are his parents, Thomas Dwight Franks and Ann Henderson Franks of Asheville; brother, Kevin Michael Franks of Asheville; maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Henderson of Asheville; paternal grandmother, Lois Parrott of Hayesville. Memorial services will be held at 3:30 P.M. Thursday at Anders-Rice Funeral Home with the Pastor David Spray officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following services at the funeral home. Graveside services at Forest Lawn Memorial Park will be held prior to the Memorial Service.
