Cindy Keever

Arden – Cindy Keever, 43, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, April 21, 2022, at her mother’s home in Candler. A native and lifelong resident of Buncombe County, she was a graduate of Reynolds High School class of 1996. She worked, most recently, for the Givens Estate as the Dining Services Director for over 3 years. She also attended Oakley Free Will Baptist Church. Cindy was an awesome mother, having worked hard to provide loving protection to her son, Dillin. She was loved by all who knew her, and will be greatly missed. Cindy was preceded in death by her sister, Janice Keever, and brothers: James Rollins, and Jeremy Johnson. Those left to cherish her memory are her loving parents: Gail Welch and wife Ramona, and James Daniel Rollins; beloved son, Dillin Butler; brothers: Justin Rollins and wife Shannon, and Jason Keever; half-brother, Scott Rollins; four nieces and nephews; special friend, Melissa Hendrix; and many extended family and friends. Graveside services will be held at 11 AM Monday, April 25, 2022, at Woodlawn Cemetery, with Rev. James Smith officiating. The family will receive friends following services at the home of Cindy’s mother, Gail, 9 Evergreen Acres, Candler, NC 28715.
