Chuck Kennedy

Leicester Charles Anthony Chuck Kennedy, IV, 49, reached out and touched the face of God on his earthly birthday, Friday, February 12, 2016 at Mission Hospitals. A native of Oxnard, CA, Chuck had resided in Buncombe County for the past 14 years. He was a former chef, was an avid NASCAR fan and loved to follow politics. He was a loving son, husband and father, and will be greatly missed. Chuck is the son of Charles Anthony Kennedy, III and the late Shirley Woodall Reasor. In addition to his mother, he was also preceded in death by his step-mother, Wanda Kennedy, and his maternal grandparents. In addition to his father, those left to cherish Chucks memory are his wife, Donna Carnivale Kennedy; daughter, Megan Kennedy; step-mother, Gloria Kennedy; brother, Nolan Crain; paternal grandparents: Charles A. Kennedy, Jr. and Dorothy Kennedy; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. The family will receive friends from 6:00 8:00 PM Wednesday at Anders-Rice Funeral Home.
