Charlotte Ann Mastin

Mrs. Charlotte Ann (Hoey) Mastin, born on October 6, 1927 in Wilmington, Delaware, passed away at age 90 on July 23, 2018 in Biltmore Lake, North Carolina. Charlotte graduated from Goldey Beacom. She was in the Corporate industry at DuPont Louviers as an Administrator Assistant until retiring in 1982. Charlotte was the loving wife of the late John Ernest Mastin. She was pre-deceased by her parents Levenia and Ralph Hoey and sister Alice Louise Hoey. She is survived by her son, Mark & Keith Mastin. She also leaves behind her cat, Reds. Charlotte was of the Methodist faith and a member of St. Marks, Long Neck and Maple Grove Methodist churches. She left this world happy, healthy, and peacefully! Char lived a meaningful and full life. The memorial service will be private.
