Bobby Marshall "Bob" Davis

Asheville - Bobby Marshall Bob Davis, 70, of ODonald Road, died Sunday July 9, 2006 at his home following a period of declining health. A lifelong resident of Buncombe County and a son of the late Beulah Mae Davis. Bob was the owner & operator, along with his wife Patti, of Davis Automotive & Towing and the former owner & operator of Davis Amoco and Pattis B.P. Surviving are his wife, Patricia Ann Patti Bates Davis of the home; sons, Bobby Eugene Davis and wife Gail of Arden and Ronnie Davis of Leicester; daughters, Tina Canestraro and husband Todd of Lake Norman and Nancy Patricia Davis of Flat Rock; brother, Jerry Davis and wife Ruth of Weaverville and 5 grandchildren, Eric Marshall Davis of Arden, Jeffrey Keith Davis of Candler, Kelly Nicole Davis of Arden, Caitlin Suzanne Davis of Leicester and Kelsey Nicole Davis of Leicester. Funeral services will be held at 2 P.M. Wednesday at Trinity Baptist Church, of which he was a member, with Rev. Dr. Ralph Sexton, Jr. and Rev. Allen Rash officiating. Burial will be in Pisgah View Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 P.M. Tuesday at Trinity Baptist Church.
