Asheville - Mrs. Blondell Ann Reynolds White, 61, died unexpectedly Friday, September 30, 2005 at Memorial Mission Hospital. Mrs. White was born July 28, 1944 in Asheville, the daughter of Paul Harrison Reynolds, Sr. and the late Georgia Blondell Conner Reynolds. She was a graduate of AC Reynolds High School, and attended UNC-Asheville. She retired from the Internal Revenue Service Office in Greensboro and was a member of The Cathedral of All Souls Episcopal Church. In 1962, Ann represented AC Reynolds High School as Miss Cedar Cliff Echoes, the schools annual, and also rode the schools float in the Asheville Christmas Parade. The float depicted the Cedar Cliff Echoes annual, which was dedicated that year to Miss America 1962, who was also an alumnus of AC Reynolds. She was preceded in death by her mother and by a brother, Timothy Reynolds. In addition to her father, she is survived by her husband, C. Allan White, of the home; two daughters: Dasha W. Brown and husband Jerry of Greensboro, and Natalie W. Mizell of Winston-Salem; and her brother, Paul Reynolds, Jr. Funeral services will be held at 11 AM Monday at All Saints Anglican Church, with the Rev. Mark Clavier officiating. Burial will be in Beaverdam Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4-5:30 PM Sunday at Anders-Rice Funeral Home.
