Anthony "Tony" Faulkner

West Asheville - Anthony Lee Faulkner, 61, of West Asheville passed away unexpectedly and went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Saturday, May 30, 2009. He was preceded in death by his mother, Elsa Lee Faulkner; father, Conley Cooledge Faulkner of West Asheville; 2nd brother, Jimmy Post of Wichita, Kansas. He is survived by his wife, Lynn L. Faulkner of the home; son, David Lee Faulkner & wife Leah of Enka; step daughter, Antoinette Cowen & husband Kenny of Morristown, TN; grandchildren, Sydney Faulkner and Caleb Cowen; brothers, Ray Payne of Asheville and William Iannicca of East Lake, OH; aunts, Sue Dykhuizen and Marge Czarneski of Wichita, KS. Being a lifelong resident of West Asheville, he served the community as a carpet installer for over 40 years. The famiy would like to thank all of his friends and associates through the years. A private memorial service for the family will be held at a future date. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations are to be made to your favorite charity in memory of Tony.
