Memphis, TN - Anne Gemmill Enman Jaeggli, 84, of Memphis, TN died February 23 after a long battle with Alzheimer's. She was the widow of Charles T. Enman and Ralph G. Jaeggli. Born in Pontiac, MI, Anne was a resident of Asheville, NC for 50 years. She was active in civic and church affairs. She was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church for 35 years where she was a dedicated member of the choir. She was the proprietress of The Yarn Spinner, a needlework shop. Anne lived in Memphis, TN for the last 14 years. Anne is the daughter of Percie and Madeline Gemmill. She is survived by children, Janet Garvey of Phoenix, AZ, Peggy Harvey of Birmingham, AL, Charles Enman of Memphis, TN, Alice Jaeggli of Chambersburg, VA, Randy Jaeggli of Greenville, SC, Janet Long of Wilmington, NC, Lynne Holder of Atlanta, GA, Judy Trump of Roanoke, VA, and a multitude of grandchildren. A public graveside service will be held at 4pm Saturday, March 5, at Lewis Memorial Park, 415 Beaverdam Road, Asheville. Please honor Anne's memory with a gift to Alzheimer's Day Services, 3185 Hickory Hill Road, Memphis, TN 38115. Anders-Rice Funeral Home is assisting the Enman Jaeggli family.
