Anne Carroll Bell

Anne Carroll Chapman Bell, 67, passed away on Thursday, December 14, 2017 at her residence. A native of Danville, IL and longtime resident of Buncombe County she was a daughter of the late Tom and Cody Chapman. Anne and her husband were the former owners of Spirits on the River Restaurant of Asheville, and she was currently employed with Ingles. Surviving are her husband, Phillip "Flip" Edward Bell of the Home; sister, Christina Chapman of Texas; brother, Nobie Chapman of Arizona; and many nieces and nephews. A Celebration of her life will be held from 6 till 9 PM Saturday, December 23, 2017, in the Chapel of Anders-Rice Funeral Home.
