Anaiyah Maxine Cortes

Candler - Anaiyah Maxine Cortes, 1, of 28 Harding Road, passed away unexpectedly Thursday, April 10, 2008 at her home. Anaiyah was born in Buncombe County to Amanda Kay Carroll and Andre Nicholas Cortes. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her sister, Aryana Lee Cortes; maternal grandfather: Mark Carroll and wife, Regina, maternal grandmother: Rebecca Calhoun; paternal grandparents: Susan and Evelino Eddie Cortes; aunts, Celilia Kramarski and husband, Bob, Alyssia Cortes, Michelle Carroll, Emily Mohames and husband, Yahya, Sarah Prater; uncles, Jose Cortes, Brent Mastin, Shelton Mastin; many cousins and extended family. Funeral services will be held at 3 PM Monday in the chapel of Anders-Rice Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 2-3 PM Monday at the funeral home.
